We can handle small proto-type work as well as large production runs. We have excellent outside vendors for plating, finishing, coating, burn out plates, etc. and can supply certification and mill standards if required.

Quality Machine Company has a team dedicated to manufacturing rollers. We are set up to fabricate, turn, grind, and polish rollers to a mirror finish for printing and plastic industries. We also manufacture small production rolls, idler rolls and coating rolls for the commercial industry.

We specialize in journal and face repairs with twenty-four hour emergency services if needed.
